The family patriach of 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' is 'very concerned' for his 9-year-old daughter amid controversy of Mama June dating a child molester.

AceShowbiz - Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson is "distraught" about the controversy surrounding his family. A source tells E! Online, "He is really distraught. He is torn apart by this. He is very concerned for Alana and the girls and he has no idea what the hell June is thinking right now."
The source claims that although Sugar Bear hasn't decided whether or not he's going to get a full custody of Honey Boo Boo a.k.a Alana Thompson, he is currently thinking about every option. "He is not happy that Alana was exposed to Mark," the source adds.
The source says that there's no chance of reconciliation between Sugar Bear and Mama June Shannon. "They are not getting back together, not after all of this," the source claims, before adding that Mama June Shannon "does indeed have close feelings" for Mark McDaniel, the man who molested her eldest daughter Anna Cardwell when she was eight years old.
Sugar Bear's friend Tony Lindsey, better known as Crazy Tony, tells Mail Online that the family patriach of "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" wanted his daughter "out of that environment and knows the only way to do that is to get custody." However, Tony says that Sugar Bear may not have enough money to launch a legal action as he's broke and has borrowed money from friends.
According to the site, Sugar Bear is currently living in a mobile trailer home which was purchased by TLC following his split from Mama June. Tony claims, "June has all the money, and he has not seen any of it. He will have to sue for custody and June will not give her up. I genuinely worry for the future of that family. Before the show they had nothing, and they are going to end up with nothing."
Another friend, who refused to be named, tells the site that Sugar Bear "hasn't seen any of the money that TLC paid the family. He cannot even afford to rent his own place and is living in a trailer home with no running water and no electricity."
Earlier this week, TMZ shared a photo which showed Mama June allowing Alana to be close to Mark. Later, Sugar Bear reacted to the photo, admitting that he's "a little bit" upset when his daughter was exposed to the child molester.
