ABC has picked up "Shark Tank" spin-off. The network announced on Wednesday, October 22 that they decided to move forward with a companion show titled "Beyond the Tank". ABC has ordered 10 episodes of the new reality series.
The new series will see what happens after entrepreneurs strike a deal with investors on the popular reality competition show. It will give updates on the products the former deal winners launch and whether they succeed or flop.
"Beyond the Tank" will be produced by Sony Pictures Television and United Artists Media Group with Mark Burnett, who also oversees "Shark Tank", as executive producer. No premiere date is set for the new show.
