HBO Will Livestream Foo Fighters Concert on Facebook

In celebration of 'Foo Fighters Sonic Highways' debut, the cable channel will stream the band's premiere party concert on its Facebook page.

AceShowbiz - Foo Fighters fans can enjoy the band's upcoming concert for free on Facebook. HBO is teaming up with the social networking service to livestream "Foo Fighters Sonic Highways: Live from The Cubby Bear" in Chicago on its Facebook page on Friday, October 17 at 11:59 P.M. ET.

The concert is presented to celebrate the premiere of documentary "Foo Fighters Sonic Highways" on the cable channel on Friday at 11 P.M. The show will feature the first ever in-concert performance of the new single "Something from Nothing" from the band's forthcoming album titled "Sonic Highways", which is due out November 10.

Fans aged 21 years old or more and located in Chicago can attend the concert at The Cubby Bear by purchasing tickets online at http://itsh.bo/FFChicago beginning Wednesday, October 15 at 10:00 A.M. (CT).

The eight-part documentary series, meanwhile, follows Foo Fighters as they travel across the country to record their new album at eight legendary studios in eight different cities. The band's frontman Dave Grohl directs the docuseries.
