A woman named Jeanine Heller, who is accused of stalking Taryn Manning, has landed a plea deal. Heller pleaded guilty to criminal contempt as she appeared in court on Monday, October 6. Following the plea, the charge will be reduced to a violation if she manages to stay out of trouble in the next six months. She is also required to attend a 6-month counseling as a part of the deal.

The woman made appearance at Manhattan Criminal Court on Wednesday, July 2 after she allegedly sent numerous E-mails and text messages to the "Orange Is the New Black" actress between April and July. Judge Lisa Sokoloff then issued order of protection for the actress, her mother and dog.

During the Monday court meeting, Heller admitted to violating the order by contacting Manning at 11 P.M. on August 28 and sending an E-mail at the same night, NY Daily News reports. A source additionally said that the actress was onboard with the terms of the plea.
