Amanda Bynes has been seen out and about in New York City. On Sunday afternoon, October 5, the former child actress was photographed riding a Citi Bike. Bynes wore a checkered top, black pants, flat shoes, a beanie and a pair of sunglasses as she enjoyed herself during the outing.

Bynes, who allegedly showed some odd behavior recently, reportedly looked "normal" during the bike ride. "She appeared normal and stable. She looked great and was a good bike rider. Nothing abnormal," a source told E! News. After biking for 30 minutes, Bynes went back to her friend's apartment in Midtown Manhattan.

A fan who spotted Bynes took a short clip of the "Easy A" actress and shared it on Instagram. "Creature Spotted in NYC: Amanda Bynes. Riding a Citibike through the crosswalks in front of Penn Station into people, nodding her head, Smoking a cig," read the caption.

A few days ago, Bynes reportedly was seen talking to herself at a restaurant at LAX. "Amanda was at the table by herself with all her makeup spread out across the table. She was talking to herself and putting on a ton of makeup. She would apply some, look in her compact and make weird pouty faces and then say to herself, 'Ok, that looks fine,' " an eyewitness said.

"She was very coherent in the way she spoke to the staff. Amanda said she was heading home to New York because she had an apartment there. She didn't seem like she was on drugs or anything, because she talked very normal. But her mannerisms told a different story. She was really fidgety and really sloppy in the way she ate her food," the source continued, adding that the 28-year-old star left after 20 minutes.
