Nina Dobrev reportedly has fallen victim to the massive celebrity hacking. Photos which allegedly belong to the star of "The Vampire Diaries" were spread online on Wednesday, October 1 and Thursday alongside alleged photos of other female celebrities such as AnnaLynne McCord and "The Real Housewives of Miami" star Joanna Krupa.
Dobrev's photos which allegedly were leaked on Reddit and 4chan on Thursday show the actress fully clothed. However, the women who look like McCord and Krupa in the photos are naked.
Hackers first spread photos of naked celebrities in late August, targeting stars such as Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton, Kirsten Dunst and Mary Elizabeth Winstead. Women who were affected by the security breach recently threatened to sue Google for allegedly failing to remove the stolen photos and making profit from the incident.
"We are writing concerning Google's despicable, reprehensible conduct in not only failing to act expeditiously and responsibly to remove the images but in knowingly accommodating, facilitating and perpetuating the unlawful conduct," read a letter from a lawyer representing the hacked stars.
In response to the letter, the tech company stated that they had tried their best to remove the images. "We've removed tens of thousands of pictures, within hours of the requests being made, and we have closed hundreds of accounts," they said.
