A representative for Rooney has confirmed that the guitarist's wife Tiffany Fallon gave birth to their third child, a baby girl, on September 29.

AceShowbiz - Rascal Flatts' member Joe Don Rooney and his wife Tiffany Fallon have welcomed another addition to the family. A representative for the guitarist has confirmed that Fallon gave birth to their third child, a baby girl named Devon Olivia, on Monday, September 29 in Nashville, Tenn.
Weighing in at 6 pounds, 11 ounces at birth, the baby joins Jagger Donovan and sister Raquel Blue who are six and four years old respectively. "We are so thrilled to finally become a party of five. Jagger and Raquel are so happy to be her big brother & big sister," Rooney told PEOPLE.
Rooney and his wife tied the knot in 2006. They announced the pregnancy earlier this year, saying, "We are so thrilled and feel so blessed to bring another little angel into our world."
Speaking to Country Weekly in August, Rooney said that he couldn't wait to welcome his third child. "I'm just excited to have my wife back, bless her heart. She doesn't do [pregnancy] very well. She's been really sick with this one. She's starting to feel a little better, she's just in that uncomfortable stage now," he shared.
