"America's Got Talent" is close to crowning the winner of its 9th season. On Tuesday, September 16, the Top 6 performed live at Radio City Music Hall in a bid to win the $1 million prize.

Each act performed twice: a breakthrough performance and a new performance. Quintavious Johnson kicked off the competition with an encore of his semifinal performance of "I'd Rather Go Blind". Melanie Brown a.k.a. Mel B praised the 12-year-old's killer voice and Heidi Klum said he's a true entertainer.

For the second performance, Quintavious took the audience to church with his rendition of "Let It Be". The judges gave a standing ovation as Howie Mandel said it was "a winning performance." Mel B liked that the boy took them on an emotional journey that night with his performance.

Mat Franco redid the magic trick that started it all, his performance at the audition. Howie said Mat had the whole package. Howard Stern said that he felt bad for Mat since singers had it easier and he had to put a spin on something he had done before.

Later on the show, Mat did a magic trick with cards and asked some audience members to help him onstage. It was a bit confusing but Howard said Mat also deserved to win the $1 million prize. Howie agreed as the judges were all amazed by the performance.

Emily West reprised her performance of "Chandelier". Howard said it was a moving performance. Mel B thought it wasn't as good as the first time she sang it and Howie agreed with her, though he still called it "a winning performance."

Emily redeemed it with her second performance in which she sang "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face". Mel B said that was off the chain and if that couldn't win her $1 million, then she didn't know what could. Howie said this was a risk well taken and that would pay off.

Another singing act Miguel Dakota reprised "Seven Nation Army", which got him into the Top 12. Mel B said, "I think everyone is feeling the pressure and the nerves, I can sense that you were feeling that pressure. You've got that extra something." Howard thought the 19-year-old heartthrob did a good job, but he didn't think it was enough to win.

In the second round, Miguel covered Michael Jackson's "Billy Jean" while playing acoustic guitar. Howard said this was his best performance and he enjoyed it but agreed with the other judges that he sounded like he's letting him down easy.

Sons of Serendip reprised "Somewhere Only We Know" from their audition. Howie said they're the most talented musically. Howard said they're great, but if they don't win, then it's an image problem.

The band got standing ovation from the judges in their second performance after singing "Bring Me to Life". Heidi said it was beautiful, while Mel B said they killed it every night and wanted to buy their album.

The last act, AcroArmy, redid their performance in the semifinals. Howie wanted to give them a gold medal for that performance and Howard thought they really deserved to win this. Heidi added that she couldn't wait to see their show in Vegas.

The group later returned on stage with a performance which included a lot of high-flying tosses. "That was seriously on fire!" Mel B gushed as Heidi called the performance "jaw dropping." Howie agreed, saying that "that performance alone was a winning performance!"

The winner will be announced on Wednesday, September 17 at 8 P.M. ET on NBC.
