Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth's on-screen reunion apparently doesn't last long. ABC Family has pulled the plug on "Mystery Girls", which brought back together the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alums, so TVLine reports.

A representative for the cable channel, however, insists that no official decision has been made on the half-hour multicamera comedy series. The fate of other freshmen "Young & Hungry" and "Chasing Life" is still unknown with the formal announcement expected to be made at the end of the month.

"Mystery Girls" is a buddy comedy about two former detective TV show starlets who are brought back together by a real-life mystery. It opened to only 760,000 viewers during its premiere on June 25 and ended its season with an average of 491,000 weekly viewers.
