Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are selling their mansion in New Jersey for $3.99 million before being sentenced for fraud charges, TMZ reports. The stars of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" were originally going to be sentenced for fraud and tax evasion charges on September 23 but their hearing is delayed until October 2.

Teresa and Joe purchased the house for $530,000 in 2002. The pair renovated the house for several years before moving into it in 2008. The size of the mansion, which was originally around 5000 square foot, was doubled after the renovation. According to the site, the house was worth around $1.2 million in 2012.

Back in March, Teresa and Joe pleaded guilty to fraud charges including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three types of bankruptcy fraud. Joe additionally pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return in 2004. Teresa may face 21 to 27 months in prison while his husband is seemingly facing up to 46 months in jail.
