The group's guitarist and his wife Kelli Cashiola Haywood have welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, who is named Cash Van Haywood.

Lady Antebellum's member Dave Haywood is now a father. Haywood's wife Kelli Cashiola Haywood gave birth to their first child together, a son, on Sunday, September 7. The proud parents named their baby boy Cash Van Haywood.
Speaking of the baby's name, a representative for Haywood explained, "Cash is taken from Kelli's maiden name Cashiola and Van is Dave's father's name." Baby Cash arrived measuring at 7 pounds and was 19 inches long.
On Monday, the trio also shared the happy news via Twitter. "So happy to have a healthy baby boy here with us! Cash Van Haywood was born last night, Mom & Dad are doing great and couldn't be happier!" it read.
Haywood previously told PEOPLE that he and his wife had been preparing themselves for the arrival of their first child. "We've been trying to read and prepare and talk and think through every scenario for the delivery and the labor and how we want to try to be as parents," the musician said last month. "We know when the moment happens, all hell is going to break loose."
Lady Antebellum canceled their appearance at Allegan County Fair in Michigan on Sunday night as Haywood's wife went into labor earlier than expected. They are next expected to perform in the Dominican Republic on September 28. Their fifth album "747" is due out on September 30.
