One Direction surprised their fans on Monday, September 8 with the announcement of their new album. "Anyone get the feeling this is going to be a big week?" they tweeted before sharing a YouTube video showing them talking about working on the LP while being on their tour.

"As you know, we've spent the last few months on our stadium tour. But, we've also been working on our next album," Niall Horan says in the 30-second clip. Harry Styles then adds that they want to share a new track called "Fireproof" from their forthcoming studio effort, simply titled "FOUR".

The song, co-written by 1D's Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne, as well as frequent collaborators John Ryan, Jamie Scott and Julian Bunetta, is available on the boyband's website. Fans can download it for free in only 24 hours. "We hope you enjoy it and we can't wait for you to listen to the album in full," the boys wrote.

"FOUR" is coming out on November 17 via Syco/Colombia Records. It serves as the follow-up to "Midnight Memories" that peaked at No. 1 on both U.S.' Billboard 200 and the albums chart in their home country. The five lads are currently on their "Where We Are" tour which was launched in support of their third studio effort.
