The Hollywood actress will travel to India to shoot the movie and star opposite an Indian actor.

AceShowbiz - "Friday Night Lights" alum Aimee Teegarden has signed up for a Bollywood meets Hollywood dance movie. The 24-year-old actress is to front "Heart Beats 3D" which is written and directed by "Step Up" scribe Duane Adler.
Per THR, Teegarden will play "a feisty female American hip-hop dancer who travels to India with her family for a wedding and falls in love - both with a new style of dance and with a determined young man who introduces it to her." Indian actor and also newcomer in the industry Tiger Shroff is in talks for the role of the Indian love interest.
Adler reportedly wants the movie to blend Bollywood and hip-hop in both the music and stylings. The film will be shot in India in the first quarter of 2015. The project was introduced at Toronto Film Festival by Myriad Pictures which handles the worldwide sales.
