"Friday Night Lights" alum Aimee Teegarden has signed up for a Bollywood meets Hollywood dance movie. The 24-year-old actress is to front "Heart Beats 3D" which is written and directed by "Step Up" scribe Duane Adler.

Per THR, Teegarden will play "a feisty female American hip-hop dancer who travels to India with her family for a wedding and falls in love - both with a new style of dance and with a determined young man who introduces it to her." Indian actor and also newcomer in the industry Tiger Shroff is in talks for the role of the Indian love interest.
