Three Lincoln MKC spots starring Matthew McConaughey have landed online. In one ad entitled "Bull", the Oscar-winning actor seemingly channels his "True Detective" character, detective Rust Cohle, as he sits in his car, waiting for a big bull to move out of his way.

"That's a big bull ... I think that's old Cyrus," he says. "Eighteen hundred pounds and do whatever the heck I want ... I can respect that ... Take the long way, huh?" He eventually decides to take a U-turn.

In another clip called "Intro", the actor can be seen driving at night while sharing some words about going back. In a separate clip, he reveals that he is a big fan of the brand. "I've been driving a Lincoln since... long before anyone paid me to drive one. I didn't do it to be cool. I didn't do it to make a statement. I just liked it," he states. The clips were directed by "Drive" director Nicolas Winding Refn.

"I am impressed with how the MKC handles on the open road," McConaughey said in a statement. "There is an authenticity about this vehicle, and it's reflected in this campaign. It's easy to shut out the rest of the world, and Nicolas does a remarkable job of portraying that in these spots."
