The final four dancers and the rest of the Top 20 reunite for a fun opening number and deliver encores of favorite performances.

AceShowbiz - "So You Think You Can Dance" has a new winner. Following the final four's performances last week, one of them was crowned a champion in the Wednesday, September 3 finale, but first viewers were treated to repeats of the judges and the contestants' favorite dances from throughout the season.

The Top 20 dancers kicked off the show with a lively number choreographed by Warren Carlyle and set to "Doctor Jazz". There was also a musical performance of "Bailando" by Enrique Iglesias and Sean Paul, which was a unique collaboration. Paula Abdul, who is a judge on the Australian version of "SYTYCD", showed up as a guest.

In between the performances, the results were announced. Zack Everhart, Jr. was the first to bury his hope to be the winner, finishing in the fourth place. Jessica Richens placed third, leaving it between Ricky Ubeda and Valerie Rockey.

Ricky was eventually named the champion and Valerie was the runner-up. The 18-year-old contemporary dancer from Miami, Florida, who had been a frontrunner from the start of the competition, was overwhelmed with emotion. "I've dreamed of this exact moment for so long... I can't believe this is happening right now," he tearfully said.
