A student has filed a lawsuit against the writers of 2012's action/comedy film "Men in Black 3". The student of Los Angeles Film School named Constantino Basile is claiming that the writers have used his stolen homework assignments to finish the movie's screenplay.

In the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Basile says that he submitted his scripts titled "The World of Jupiter" and "Crisis on Jupiter" as assignments back in 2011. He believes that his teacher then sold his homework to Hollywood film writers.

According to Basile, his works can also be found in other sci-fi flicks including Ridley Scott's "Prometheus" and Neill Blomkamp's "Elysium". His scripts were even spoofed by legendary director Steven Spielberg for a popular segment on "Saturday Night Live" known as "Laser Cats 7".
