A little taste of what's to come before "Hercules" trailer hits the web has been given to tide fans over. The legendary warrior is seen facing off a gigantic lion in one scene and walking over a number of dead bodies in the other.

Based on a graphic novel of the same name, the movie will follow Hercules' journey as a mercenary. Along with five faithful companions, he travels ancient Greece selling his services for gold and using his legendary reputation to intimidate enemies.

Directed by Brett Ratner, the film is set to make its way out across the country on July 25. It stars Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Rufus Sewell, Ian McShane, John Hurt, and Irina Shayk. The first trailer was premiered at the CinemaCon on Monday, and is expected to be released online Tuesday noon, March 25.
