Lil Twist has been cleared off allegations that he attacked a woman at Justin Bieber's house. Deputies did not believe what the woman said and the fact that there was not enough evidence put the case to rest, TMZ reported. The case did not even go to prosecutors for evaluation.
Twist previously has denied that he roughed up a woman in August when she tried to walk out of Bieber's house party. The woman accused the rapper of grabbing her by the arm and blocking her exit. The woman reportedly drove straight to LA Sheriff's Department to report the battery.
"Lil Twist was not involved in any battery," a representative of Twist said in a statement. "He asked the guest of a third party at the home to leave, and security escorted the guest from the premises after the guest became disruptive."
Soon after the incident, Bieber's manager Scooter Braun allegedly asked the pop star to cut ties with Twist because he kept bringing his name down. Twist was arrested for DUI in July and was accused by the woman for battery.
