The 'Skyfall' villain actor will lead evil pirates and clash with the kid who never ages in Warner Bros' upcoming 'Peter Pan'.

Javier Bardem is reportedly offered a coveted role in "Peter Pan (2015)". The actor who played James Bon's villain in "Skyfall" is allegedly in negotiations to play the main baddie, pirate Captain Blackbeard, in the upcoming Peter Pan origin film.
"Anna Karenina" director Joe Wright is in talks to helm the project for Warner Bros. Jason Fuchs ("Ice Age: Continental Drift") is tapped to pen the screenplay which will see the orphan kid being taken to Neverland where he will lead the Lost Boys against evil pirates.
Bardem was recently seen in Ridley Scott's "The Counselor" along with his real-life wife Penelope Cruz and other A-listers like Michael Fassbender, Cameron Diaz and Brad Pitt. He will next star in "The Gunman" with Sean Penn and Idris Elba.
