Dina Eastwood is taking one step closer to officially end her 17-year marriage to Clint Eastwood. After previously withdrawing her papers for legal separation just two days after filing it, now Dina has served the actor/director with divorce papers.

The former E! reality TV star filed the documents early this week in Monterey County Superior Court in Carmel, California. She cites irreconcilable differences and seeks full physical and joint legal custody of their minor daughter, 16-year-old Morgan.

The ex-"Mrs. Eastwood & Company" star also asks for spousal support and attorney fees to be paid by her estranged husband. According to her filing, they have a prenuptial agreement but the property rights are still "to be determined."

Dina, 48, married Clint, 83, in 1996. They first met when she was assigned to interview him for a local TV news station. It's his second marriage. Besides Morgan, he has six other children from his previous relationships including a daughter, Alison, and a son, Kyle, from his first marriage to Maggie Johnson.

They were first reported splitting in early August. He "fell out of love with Dina a long time ago," a source said back then. He was seen ditching his wedding band and then reported dating Erica Tomlinson-Fisher. Dina herself was rumored romancing Scott Fisher, Erica's ex-husband.

"I am saddened to see photos of Clint with Ms. Tomlinson-Fisher. I look forward to new beginnings," she said in a statement to Us Weekly, without addressing her romance rumor with Scott.

Despite their situation, Dina seemed to keep it civil with the "Jersey Boys" director. "I don't like reading negative things about Clint. He is a wonderful, good natured, brilliant person. No matter what, I attest to that," she once tweeted. "You may say I have a 'Twitter issue' - but I will take it over a freeloading, lying, deceitfulness, pain infliction issue. Any day. #uncheek."

But she recently posted a cryptic message that seemed to give a hint on her marital woes. "When you last struggled, what did you say to yourself to pull out of it? (At my age, I have many mantras!) Share your thoughts?! #cheek," she said to her followers.
