The rock band unveils their new Las Vegas-filmed video featuring Bella Heathcote and Max Minghella.

A week after releasing their new single "Shot at the Night", rock band The Killers premieres its cinematic music video. Directed by Robert Schober, the four-minute clip was filmed on location in the band's Las Vegas hometown and features the band's frontman Brandon Flowers, Australian actress Bella Heathcote and British actor Max Minghella.

Starring as a cleaning lady in a hotel, Heathcote finds a welcome respite from her gloomy daily routine when she runs into Minghella who shows her the good life. She doesn't only get glammed up for a night out of town, riding with him on a motorbike, spending some down time in a casino and singing at a karaoke bar, but she also finds romance in the process.

"We always get a ton of treatments for videos where raunchiness and debauchery are at the forefront, regardless of what fire the song is stoking," revealed Flowers. "We liked that Robert's treatment was different and classy, and he pulled it off."

Produced by M83's Anthony Gonzalez, "Shot at the Night" will appear in The Killers' forthcoming best-of compilation album, "Direct Hits", due on November 11. It contains 15 tracks, which Flowers said he's "really happy with the songs we've got to add to the list," and includes "Just Another Girl", a reunion track between the band and their longtime collaborator Stuart Price.
