Kanye West's baby mama is grateful for the support she got, and explains how exciting these past few weeks have been for her.

Kim Kardashian has broken her silence, a month after giving birth to her first child with boyfriend Kanye West. She thanks fans for their support and well wishes, and says that she enjoys being a full-pledged mom.
"These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life," the TV personality wrote on her official blog. "I'm enjoying this time to fully embrace motherhood and spend time at home with my family."
She added, "I've been reading all of your messages and want to thank you all for your sweet thoughts and best wishes. It truly means everything to me. I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment. Xo."
Kim gave birth to a baby girl on June 15 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She and her baby daddy named their bundle of joy North West.
Kim's momager Kris Jenner explained the meaning behind the unique name the couple gave to their baby. "Kim sort of explained it to me," she said. "She said 'North is the highest power,' and their baby North ... is the highest point and power between the two of them, so I thought that was really cool."
