Another Hollywood couple is heading to splitville. 52-year-old Jane Lynch and her wife of three years, Dr. Lara Embry, 44, call it quits. A source tells Us Weekly that the "Glee" actress has moved out of their Laurel Canyon home in Los Angeles.

"Lara and I have decided to end our marriage," says Lynch who stepped out solo at the recent Tony Awards. "This has been a difficult decision for us as we care very deeply about one another. We ask for privacy as we deal with this family matter."

Lynch and Embry, a psychologist, got married on Memorial Day in 2010 after first meeting at the National Center for Lesbian Rights in 2009 where Embry was being honored. They tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Sunderland, Mass. where gay marriage is recognized.

In a 2011 interview with Vogue, Embry recalled their first meeting, "I saw Jane walking in the lobby and I thought, 'I'm supposed to follow her.' It was like I'd been picked up in a fishing net. I was supposed to go that way -- and she was actually going the wrong way! But it was like the door was cracked. It was perfect."

Lynch herself often spoke about her joy of becoming a stepmother to Embry's daughter, Haden. "My greatest pleasure is Haden, my stepdaughter," she told PEOPLE last March. "I am surprised how much love you feel and how you would do anything for your children."
