After appearing to be well in a post-accident interview with Miguel, Khyati Shah might have sustained more severe injuries.

AceShowbiz - If R'n'B artist Miguel thought the fan who got caught in his right leg after a poorly-timed long jump stunt at the recent Billboard Music Awards was just a bit shaken, after they appeared together in a post-performance interview following the accident, he might be seriously mistaken. Since the incident, Shah had experienced difficulties and may yet sue the 27-year-old entertainer along with the event organizers.

"Some of the difficulties she's experiencing are cognitive in nature and lead to suspicion of a neurological head injury," Shah's lawyer, Vip Bhola said. Shah may have sustained more severe injuries than what were initially evident, right after Miguel crash-landed onto her as he pulled a leg kick from across the stage that fell a little short as he was doing his live performance at the awards show.

According to Bhola, Shah is just awaiting some neurological test results after which she'll decide whether to sue Miguel and possibly the show's producers who may be held liable for not providing the proper medical attention following the mishap, like rushing injured fan to a nearby hospital to be checked on more thoroughly. During the joint interview with Miguel, Shah was seen just holding an ice pack to her hurting elbow.

Perhaps during that time, the excitement of being next to the up and coming superstar overwhelmed whatever pain she was feeling, she even made light of the accident, saying, "I adorn him," in reference to Miguel's hit song. The singer had expressed relief that "Khyati is okay" and how he just "got caught up in the moment" when he decided to pull off the stunt.
