Andra Vaik, the photographer, claims the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star stole her camera's memory card when she was trying to take pictures of him at a gym last month.

Rob Kardashian is sued for allegedly assaulting and stealing a photographer's camera equipment, TMZ reports. Andra Vaik, the photographer, filed for a robbery in March after the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star stole the memory card of her camera when she was taking pictures of shirtless Rob at a Los Angeles gym.
"While this case is still in the preliminary stage, it is clear from our investigation that Robert Kardashian's violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified," Andra's lawyer tells the site. Rob hasn't commented on the case, but an eyewitness defends the brother of Kim Kardashian, saying that Andra trespassed onto Rob's private property.
Rob put on a few pounds since he split with Rita Ora and he is currently on a weight loss program. He reported the result of his exercise program a few days ago as he tweeted, "I lost 5 to 7 [pounds] last week. I'm trying to lose 40. It's a little journey, but it's good... I'm like 240lbs right now, probably 235lbs."
During "Ryan Seacrest With the Kardashians", Rob revealed one important reason why his weight loss program should work. "Every time I hop in the shower and see myself naked I cry, because my penis looks so small now," he told Ryan Seacrest, and jokingly added, "The upside is, every time you lose 10 lbs you gain an inch on your penis."
