It's confirmed that British actress Jane Seymour has called off her marriage to actor/director James Keach. "Jane Seymour and James Keach confirm that they are separated and have been for several months," a rep for the couple says. "They are negotiating the terms of their divorce."

"They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage," the rep continues.

The pair reportedly have had problems in their marriage for years and decided to call it quits this Easter. "They've been having trust issues," a so-called friend told Mail on Sunday. "Jane went into this marriage wanting it to last for ever. She is sad but resigned to the fact that it is over."

The couple, who tied the knot in 1993, has been living separately since the Easter holiday. The former Bond girl in "Live and Let Die" is reportedly occupying the Malibu house they used to share together, while the "Walk the Line" actor has moved into a rented place nearby.
