Rumor has it, James Franco has been dating Ashley Benson for about a month. To Page Six, an anonymous source said, "They have been seeing each other for a little over a month, but things are going well." So far, there is no confirmation from either Franco's or Benson's representative.

The couple was caught going out downtown and spending time in Washington Square Park together earlier this month. Last week, they were also seen walking side by side at the Los Angeles Haunted Hayride.

The pair met on "Spring Breakers" movie set, which has been rated R according to co-star Selena Gomez. The movie is full of drugs issues and sex, and will be released in the U.S. on March 3, 2013. Vanessa Hudgens also starred in this movie.

34-year-old Franco was previously in a relationship with his "Whatever It Takes" co-star Marla Sokoloff and was rumored seeing Sienna Miller. He started dating actress Ahna O'Reilly in 2006, before they called it quits in July 2011 since O'Reilly had enough of being alone in Los Angeles while he studied away.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old Benson was romantically linked to a string of male celebrities, including Justin Thorne a.k.a. J.J from One Call boyband, actor Devon Werkheiser, her "Pretty Little Liars" co-star Keegan Allen, "Glee" actor Chord Overstreet, as well as "Twilight" star Taylor Lautner. She was also rumored dating Justin Bieber's swagger coach Ryan Good.
