AceShowbiz - Tori Spelling is doing well as she is recovering from an emergency surgery less than a month after giving birth to her fourth child. "She's good. Just testing (sic)," her husband Dean McDermott assures fans when one of them asks how she's doing after going under the knife.

When another concerned fan quizzes Dean, 45, why he never mentioned anything about his 39-year-old wife's hospitalization, the actor replies, "I didn't want to alert the world." The father of five explains further, "No TMZ knows. Was trying to keep it private."

The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress reportedly was rushed to hospital over the weekend. "Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section," her representative told PEOPLE. "She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably."

Tori gave birth to all her four children via c-section. The delivery of her son Finn Davey on August 30 was her second caesarean section within a year. She was also hospitalized after welcoming daughter Hattie in October 2011. She complained of migraines back then.

Tori and Dean are also parents to son Liam, 5, and daughter Stella, 4. He additionally has a 13-year-old son, Jack, from a previous relationship.
