The black BMW belonging to the 'Easy A' actress is impounded by police and she receives a misdemeanor citation for diving without a valid license.

AceShowbiz - Amanda Bynes's luck has run out. The former child actress was previously let off with a warning when pulled over by cops despite driving her car without a valid license, but she was not so lucky when crossing path with police recently. Her black BMW was impounded by cops and she was cited for driving on a suspended license.

"I can confirm that Amanda Bynes was cited at approximately 8:20 A.M. Sunday for driving with a suspended license," Victor Gill of the Burbank Airport Police told PEOPLE. "Her car was impounded and she received a misdemeanor citation. She was not arrested. I believe she was by herself. This occurred on Hollywood Way, just south of the main entrance to the Bob Hope Airport."

Bynes is currently facing a DUI charge and two counts of hit-and-run misdemeanor. Despite facing jail time, she continued to break laws on the road. Adding piles to her traffic-violation list, she was caught on camera smoking from what looked like a marijuana pipe while inside her car and spotted hitting another car in a separate occasion recently.

Bynes is expected to show up in court on September 21 to discuss the conditions of her freedom and her bail. "It would seem like Ms. Bynes would need to be here in court on that day," said L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel who banned the star from driving without a valid license. She will also be arraigned for the hit-and-run case September 27 in Van Nuys.
