Bobbi and Nick Gordon show off matching tattoos of 'WH' surrounded by four little birds in their wrists to celebrate the late singer's 49th birthday.

AceShowbiz - On August 9 that would have been Whitney Houston's 49th birthday, her daughter Bobbi Kristina got a new tattoo to remember her. She got "WH" surrounded by four little birds inked on the inside of her right wrist. "The doves have a spiritual connotation, flying free I suppose," said Inksomnia owner Mike Cummings who tattooed her.

Bobbi went to the tattoo parlor in Alpharetta, Georgia with Nick Gordon, her adoptive brother who now becomes her boyfriend. He got the same tattoo on his wrist to match hers. He tweeted, "Happy Birthday Mom You will be forever missed." She wrote, "Now your truly ALWAYS with us mommy (: we love you @nickdgordon always&forever{<3}."

The two were accompanied by a group of film crew for the filming of their reality TV show "The Houston Chronicles" that is due to debut next year in Lifetime. "They were happy at times, and sad at others. When you would talk about their mom, they got sad, but we tried to keep their spirits up," Cummings told the New York Daily News.

Whitney was found dead in a bathtub of a Beverly Hills hotel on February 11. Jordin Sparks, her on-screen daughter in her last movie "Sparkle", paid tribute to her, "Happy Birthday Whitney! I can't wait 4 everyone to see you #Sparkle on August 17! I love you & miss you so much!"

The "American Idol" alum then posted a picture of the female cast having fun with the late New Jersey singer. "We found the pic!!! Me, the girls & Whitney doin the 'dougie'!!! She was so fun & loving!! I love you mama! #HappyBirthdayWhitney," she wrote.
