Celebrity

Just a few days after his arrest, Julien Chabbott insists he didn't park his car illegally and didn't run over Officer Felix Recio's foot.

Stephanie Pratt's beau Julien Chabbott fires back at the cop, Officer Felix Recio, who arrested him in front of the Mercer Hotel in SoHo over the weekend. He strongly denied the accusation suggesting that he drove his car over Recio's foot. In response, he accused the cop of faking the injury.

Julien allegedly claimed Recio didn't look in pain at all before other officers were coming and believed that the officer "was just trying to meet his quota." On the contrary, law enforcement sources told TMZ Recio went to hospital later that day to treat his left foot and right hand.

The incident happened when Julien got into his parked car and started the engine while Recio was in the middle of writing him a parking ticket. The later stepped slightly in front of the vehicle to block it from driving away, but the former ignored the signal order to stay put and pulled forward a bit.

"You ran down my f***ing foot!" Recio yelled after slamming the car window. He then forcefully pulled Julien out of the car and threw him to the ground. Stephanie's boyfriend was cuffed and taken into custody for felony assault and misdemeanor obstruction with governmental administration.

According to a Julien source, it was a valet who left the red Ferarri in a no-parking zone. He was "frustrated" that he ended up being the bad guy.
