The song is taken from the 'Low' hitmaker's upcoming album, while the court order stems from his abrupt cancellation of a concert in Australia.

AceShowbiz - Flo Rida has unleashed another fresh music from his upcoming studio album "Only One Rida (Part 2)", which is expected to come out later this year. Staying true to its title "Whistle", the DJ Frank E-produced song features some whistling.

In another news, Flo Rida is ordered to compensate concert promoter Brent Lean for the "damages" he caused after failing to show up at a scheduled concert in Australia. He's ordered by New South Wales Judge Judith Gibson to pay the promoter $82,540, according to the Newcastle Herald.

The rapper was booked for Fat as Butter music festival last year and was paid more than $50k in advance to make sure that he'd perform as scheduled. He, however, canceled it at the last minute after throwing a fit, leaving more than 10,000 fans attending the gig "high and dry."

"We basically got a call at 3 P.M. saying Flo Rida had thrown a hissy fit [and] was not happy about his Sydney accommodation and had stormed off," Lean said. The rapper himself tweeted back then, "I was looking forward to performing for you but due to unforeseen circumstances I wasn't able to do so last night."
