Josh Duhamel has undergone a quite drastic change in his look to support his role in upcoming film "Scenic Route". Ditching his usual sleek hairstyle, the "Transformers" actor cuts his brown locks into a mohawk with completely shaven sides.

A host of Los Angeles radio station K-Earth 101, Lisa Stanley, posted a picture on Twitter that shows Duhamel sporting his new eccentric do. She explained that the husband of singer Stacy Ferguson a.k.a Fergie debuted the new look for his new movie.

Duhamel will star opposite Dan Fogler in "Scenic Route". The two are set to play two former college pals who embark on a road trip before being stranded in a desert. As they start to realize they might never be rescued, the pair begin to have heated fights both emotionally and physically.

The movie, which still hasn't set a release date, is directed by filmmaker duo Kevin and Michael Goetz, while Kyle Killen works to provide the script. Serving as the producers are Brion Hambel, Paul Jensen and Luke Rivett.

Duhamel was last seen starring in star-studded romantic comedy "New Year's Eve" in late 2011. His other upcoming film is "Fire with Fire", a firefighters drama which also stars Bruce Willis, 50 Cent and Rosario Dawson.
