Katharine McPhee is showing off her sexy side for a magazine spread. In one of her sultry photos for the March issue of GQ magazine, the season 5 runner-up of "American Idol" flaunts her pink lingerie and toned legs while staring seductively at the camera from inside a bathtub.
In its accompanying interview, the 27-year-old songstress offered a few reasons why men should watch her new series, "Smash". "Listen," she said, "I go see all the guy movies, so now I know I love them. But you have to be open to it. I would say to the girlfriends out there: Just nail him down, make him watch an episode with you."
The actress playing Harmony in "The House Bunny" then compared her show to "Glee". She pointed out, "I can understand why guys wouldn't be into Glee. You know, that's a pretty heavy musical show. That show does, like, six songs in an episode. We'll do, at most, three."
If those reasons are not good enough to make men tune in, McPhee still has one more thing to share, "Okay, how about this: What if I tell your readers that in episode five I take off all my clothes?" She, however, was quick to add with mischievous laugh, "I mean...no. But can't we just say that?"
