Calling the ABC comedy series the 'funniest show on TV', the 'I Wanna Go' singer herself has stated that she would love to star on it.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears' fans have recently flooded Twitter with various messages expressing their hope to get the singer on "Modern Family". It all started when the "Oops!... I Did It Again" hitmaker herself declared that she is a fan of the Emmy-winning comedy series.
"I know everybody is excited about the Super Bowl, but I personally can't wait to see the next episode of Modern Family! Funniest show on TV," so she wrote on her own Twitter page. "Modern Family" star Sofia Vergara then retweeted the post, before Spears' manager followed it up with a tweet read, "@BritneySpears on Modern Family? What do you guys think?"
A few moment later, fans started posting tweets with "#GetBritneyOnModernFamily" hashtag. Spears responded to it by tweeting, "Ahhhh I would love to be on it!" After the tag became one of the worldwide trending topics, the 30-year-old mother of two also took to Facebook to credit her fans by writing, "You all are at it again - look what's trending!"
ABC has not released a comment in response to the Twitter campaign. In the meantime, "Breaking Bad" actor Bryan Cranston is reportedly close to sign up to direct an upcoming episode of the Ed O'Neill-starring series.
