Webbie has come out with his side of story on the allegation that he was involved in an Alabama nightclub shooting. The rapper told TMZ through his manager that he was talking to the police simply because the incident took place at his concert.

Previously, it was reported that Webbie found himself in the middle of a murder investigation. One man died on the pavement outside Primetime nightclub in Dothan around 3 A.M. on Sunday, January 22. Cops found the body lying face down with gunshot wound to the chest. The victim was rushed to hospital where he died.

Webbie was questioned because the police thought he may have some information about the shooting. But Webbie has no ties with the victim and the police let him go. According to TMZ, no arrest or charges were made.
