Jesse Metcalfe reportedly has taken his relationship with his girlfriend, Cara Santana, to the next level. The John Rowland depicter in "Desperate Housewives" has got engaged to the aspiring actress, according to Us Weekly.
A source told the publication, "Metcalfe and Santana have been dating for four to five years and living together for at least three." A representative of the "John Tucker Must Die" actor, however, declined to comment on the rumor. "We don't comment on clients' personal lives," so the rep said.
Before the engagement news was brought to attention, Metcalfe told his followers on Twitter that he enjoyed his weekend with Santana. "Takin' a private jet with my honey and the dallas cast for a press weekend in LA. Thanks TNT!!! #dallas2012," he tweeted on Friday, January 13.
