His representative revealed that he will be back on the air with his New York morning radio show next Tuesday, January 17.

In a statement released on Monday, January 9, Tracy Nguyen said that the husband of Mariah Carey "plans to return to his live morning radio show broadcast Rollin' with Nick Cannon on 92.3 NOW FM on January 17th, 6-10 A.M. EST." The rep also noted that he has been released from the hospital, and is currently "resting and recovering at home".

Nguyen additionally stated that Cannon "would like to thank everyone who has expressed concern, well wishes and prayers." Sharing similar sentiment was the 31-year-old comedian/actor's wife, Mariah, as tweeting, "Nick is getting better+we love+appreciate all the ongoing kind words!"

Nick Cannon was admitted to a hospital in Aspen, Colorado sometime last week after falling ill while vacationing with his family. He was transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he underwent surgery, on Thursday, January 5.
