"G.I. Joe: Retaliation" finally gets its first trailer available for viewing pleasure. Coming out via Machinima, the freshly released video is loaded with plenty of high-octane action and explosion scenes in various settings, including the military camp and snowy mountain. It additionally gives a first look at heroine Jinx, who is a badass ninja girl.
In the upcoming movie, the G.I. Joe team must work together to fight against mercenary Zartan and his accomplices. Having the world leaders under his influence, Zartan launches attack towards innocent populaces and has some new heavies on the payroll to keep G.I. Joe at bay.
A sequel to 2009's "G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra", "G.I. Joe 2" is due to open in the U.S. on June 29, 2012. Jon M. Chu serves behind the lens with Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick providing the screenplay.
Channing Tatum, Ray Park and Lee Byung-hun will return as Duke, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow respectively. They are joined by Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson as Roadblock, Adrianne Palicki as Lady Jaye, Elodie Yung as Jinx and Bruce Willis as General Joseph Colton.
