The crazy adventure of Alex and his gang of zoo-friendly animals continues with "Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted", and the first trailer has been unveiled. Coming out via Yahoo! Movies, the brand new video gives a taste on how the foursome get into trouble in Monte Carlo and a peek at their potential new friend and foe.

After escaping to Africa, Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo, and Melman the Giraffe are still fighting to get home to New York City. With King Julien, Maurice and the Penguins tagging along for another comedic ride, they travel through Europe under a perfect cover, a traveling circus that they reinvent Madagascar style.

Ben Stiller, Chris Rock, David Schwimmer and Jada Pinkett Smith are all back to voice Alex, Marty, Melman and Gloria respectively. Sacha Baron Cohen also returns to lend his voice to King Julien. Meanwhile, Frances McDormand is brought in to give voice to Capt. Chantel DuBois.

Speaking of Frances' character, returning director Eric Darnell told USA Today, "She sounds sort of like a French Barbara Walters. She has trouble with her R's. She has dedicated her life to the capture and elimination of unwanted animals. Up until now, she's only killed puppies and kittens. Snagging a lion in Monte Carlo would be the pinnacle of her career."

"Europe's Most Wanted" is the third movie in the "Madagascar" franchise. To be presented in 3D, this animated film also has Conrad Vernon as co-director with Noah Baumbach penning the script. It has been set to open wide in theaters across the United States on June 8, 2012.
