Two aspiring singers might have found love on "The X Factor (US)". New York Post's Page Six has just brought out a report suggesting that the singing competition's frontrunner Melanie Amaro is secretly dating Trace Kennedey, a member of the eliminated Stereo Hogzz.
"They kept it secret at first, but they have been getting close," a friend informed the publication, "since Trace has been staying in L.A. to work on his music, while she is there for the show, and they've been hanging out more." The so-called pal added, "Melanie has been telling all her friends what a great guy he is ..."
According to the friend, 24-year-old Trace "immediately liked" 19-year-old Melanie when they met. Still, since she was pretty shy, the pal noted that "it took a while for them to get together." The friend went on to dish, "Now they are together all the time, and he's being so supportive for her now as the competition on the show heats up."
Last Saturday, December 3 night, the rumored couple enjoyed a night out together. Before they went out, the two posed together in a hotel room, and Trace posted the snapshot on Twitter with a caption that read, "With @ItsMelanieAmaro headed to get @Jus_stereohogzz then to Roscoes!!!!!! Wuz good V.I."
