The Roots have just debuted a music video in support of their single called "Make My". The black-and-white clip opens with a quote by Chanakya, and shows a guy and his enemy trying to take down each other. "A man is born alone and dies alone; and he experiences the good and bad consequences of his karma alone; and he goes alone to hell or the Supreme abode," it says.

"Make My" is taken from The Roots' upcoming studio album "Undun". The effort is "an existential re-telling of the short life of one Redford Stephens (1974-1999). Through the use of emotives and Redford's internal dialogues the album seeks to illustrate the intersection of free will and prescribed destiny as it plays out 'on the corner'."

The Roots are expected to release the album later this year. In time for the album release, the band will serve as a house band for 2011 "VH1 Divas" concert which features Kelly Clarkson, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Florence and the Machine, Jill Scott and Jessie J.
