Larry complains about his NYC neighbor whom he assumes of having Parkinson's Disease, but he disturbs another man for pushing two buttons in an elevator in the next episode of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm'.

AceShowbiz - A preview for the final episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" features Michael J. Fox as one of the highlights. The "Back to the Future" actor lives upstairs of Larry David's NYC apartment, and he annoys Larry when he awkwardly shakes his head in front of the neurotic man.
Larry will later accuse Fox of harassment after he keeps shuffling and making noise. Fox's real-life battle with Parkinson's Disease is used as a comedic plot device as Larry is seen assuming that his head-shaky behavior is a symptom of Parkinson's Disease.
Also in "Larry vs. Michael J. Fox", Jeff declares he would take a bullet for Susie but she doubts it, and Larry is scolded for giving an inappropriate birthday gift to Jennifer's son, Greg. The season 8 finale will air Sunday, September 11 at 10:30 P.M. on HBO.
