Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows". Coming out via Apple, the sneak peek gives a good look at Jared Harris as the notorious Professor Moriarty and Noomi Rapace as the mysterious fortune teller Sim. It also presents the comedic chemistry between Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law.
Sherlock Holmes has always been the smartest man in the room, but he finds his intellectual equal in Professor Moriarty, whose complete lack of conscience might make him the world's first supervillain. With the aide of his long trusted comrade Watson, older brother Mycroft Holmes and gypsy woman Sim, he tries to stop Moriarty before his new master plan is put in motion.
A sequel to 2009's "Sherlock Holmes", "A Game of Shadows" has director Guy Ritchie serving behind the lens once again. Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law return as Sherlock and Watson respectively with Rachel McAdams, Eddie Marsan and Stephen Fry also in the cast ensemble. This movie is due to hit U.S. theaters on December 16.
