The estranged husband of Ashlee Simpson sparks speculations he may be rekindling romance with the 'Gossip Girl' actress after the two were seen grabbing coffee together in Los Angeles.

Pete Wentz's divorce from songstress wife Ashlee Simpson is still pending, but he may have found solace in an old flame. The Fall Out Boy bassist, who formed new band Black Cards in 2010, was caught on camera going out with ex-girlfriend Michelle Trachtenberg over the Fourth of July weekend.
The 32-year-old rocker was seen grabbing coffee together with the 25-year-old "Gossip Girl" actress in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 3. The former couple's outing came just weeks after Ashlee sparked speculations that she has found a new man in "Boardwalk Empire" actor Vincent Piazza.
Pete dated Michelle before he and Ashlee got married in 2008. Back in 2009, it was reported that Ashlee verbally attacked Michelle at a party in Los Angeles. "She was staring directly at Michelle and starting hurling insults at her," a source told Perez Hilton. It was further claimed that Ashlee also told Michelle, "I hope you know, the whole time you were dating Pete, I was f***ing him!"
Pete and Ashlee called it quits earlier this year. On February 8, the younger sister of Jessica Simpson filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court, citing "irreconcilable differences". In a joint statement, the estranged couple said, "We remain friends and deeply committed and loving parents to our son Bronx, whose happiness and well-being remains our No. 1 priority."
