"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)" green band trailer has been released one day earlier from its original schedule. A tamer version of a video leaked some days back, the preview takes out the nudity from the red band one. As for the scenes, the newly-released trailer, which basically shares similar scenes with the previous snippet, contains a few of new individual shots including a gun-armed Rooney Mara looks shocked at something unseen.
"The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", which is directed by David Fincher, serves as an English-language remake to a Swedish film of the same title. The story will follow ruthless computer hacker Lisbeth Salander and disgraced financial journalist Mikael Blomkvist who are employed to find missing girl Harriet Vanger by her uncle. The drama thriller is planned to open wide in U.S. cinemas on December 21, 2011.
Starring as Lisbeth Salander is Mara, while Daniel Craig portrays Mikael Blomkvist and Stellan Skarsgard takes the role of Martin Vanger. Christopher Plummer, Robin Wright Penn, and Embeth Davidtz serve as the supporting actors for this drama thriller movie.
