Matthew Morrison and Elton John's studio hook-up has been revealed on Monday morning, April 18 on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. The new song is a mash-up of Elton's classic hits "Mona Lisa and Mad Hatters" and "Rocket Man".

It's recorded for Matthew's upcoming solo debut album, and will be released for digital download on Tuesday. Commenting on their duet, Elton once told Parade magazine, "It's great, really fantastic." He praised the "Glee" actor, "He sings great on it."

Beside having Elton as his featured guest, the Will Schuester depicter has also tapped Gwyneth Paltrow for "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" duet. Talking about approaching them, Matthew stated it's "the hardest part of doing this album." He elaborated a little more, "I'm so not that guy."

Matthew is expected to release his album in the United States on May 10. He will start a promotional tour on June 18 at Orpheum Theatre in Matneapolis, MN. He will perform not only songs from the new album but also many of the "Glee" fan favorites.
