Director Wes Craven recently confirmed he reshot the film in Detroit with actress Alison Brie and shared her photo.

Dimension Films has debuted a new official poster for "Scream 4". Making its way out via Yahoo! Movies, the one-sheet features a girl's face in its white part that forms number four. It also boasts a tagline which reads, "New decade. New rules."
While it is only two months away from the U.S. release, Wes Craven recently went back to Detroit, Michigan to reshoot the upcoming film. He wrote on January 28, "In Michigan getting you more to #SCREAM 4," and then a day later he posted a set picture showing actress Alison Brie during the reshoot.
"Scream 4" will see Neve Campbell's Sidney Prescott who, now the author of a self-help book, returns home to Woodsboro on the last stop of her book tour. After living the last few years of her life in relative silence, Sidney's world will once again be ripped apart by the reemergence of Ghostface which started with the discovery of a murdered student.
Courteney Cox and David Arquette reprise their roles as Gale and Deputy Dewey who are now a married couple, while Emma Roberts is cast as Sidney's cousin Jill. Hayden Panettiere and Rory Culkin are among other new cast members of the new installment of the thriller film franchise that will bow in U.S. theaters on April 15.
