Megadeth will soon release the 20th anniversary edition of the band's acclaimed studio album "Rust in Peace". As a promotion, the rockers have taped their live appearance at Hollywood Palladium and released the set "Holy Wars ...the Punishment Due" as a music video.

"Rust In Peace (Live)" will be released in the U.S. on September 7 under Shout Factory!. The band went on the American Carnage Tour with Slayer and Testament this year and for the first time played some songs from the original 1990 album live. The jaunt will conclude September 4 in Portland, OR.

The music video of "Holy Wars ...the Punishment Due" is included in the DVD version of "Rust in Peace (Live)". Directed by Kerry Asmussen, the DVD will also include behind-the-scene footage such as the band's dressing room and backstage.

"Rust in Peace" according to some critics is the best effort from the band to date. It was nominated Best Metal Performance at the 1991 Grammy Awards.
