The trailer, which is poor in picture, manages to tease with the jokes as it features the sound clearly.

AceShowbiz - During the recent San Diego Comic Con, Universal Pictures screened a trailer for "Paul". An audience apparently taped the trailer and it has hit the web. Though it is blurry in picture, the bootleg version still features the sound clearly, revealing some of the jokes that will be heard in the movie.

In the film, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are sci-fi geeks, Earthlings Graeme Willy and Clive Collings, whose pilgrimage takes them to America's UFO heartland. While there, they accidentally meet an alien named Paul who brings them on an insane road trip that alters their universe forever.

Chased by federal agents and the fanatical father of a young woman that they accidentally kidnap, Graeme and Clive hatch a fumbling escape plan to return Paul to his mother ship. And as two nerds struggle to help, one little green man might just take his fellow outcasts from misfits to intergalactic heroes.

Directed by Greg Mottola, "Paul" has the script which is written by Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. Seth Rogen contributes to the film by voicing Paul, with Jason Bateman, Kristen Wiig, Sigourney Weaver and many others supporting the cast ensemble. This sci-fi comedy will entertain moviegoers in the U.S. starting March 18, 2011.
